At the heart of our faith is Jesus Christ. We believe God loves us, calls us into relationship with Him, and offers forgiveness, new life, and salvation through faith in Jesus.
We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is our Savior and Lord, and through the Holy Spirit, God is at work transforming our lives and empowering us to follow Him.
We believe the Bible is God’s inspired Word and our trustworthy authority for faith and life. We seek to understand and live according to Scripture under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and in community with other believers.
We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace. Every person is created in God’s image, yet all of us are affected by sin and need the forgiveness and transformation found in Jesus Christ. Salvation cannot be earned; it is received through repentance and faith in Jesus.
We believe the church is the Body of Christ. Together, we worship God, grow in faith, care for one another, celebrate baptism and the Lord’s Supper, and participate in God’s work in our community and around the world.
We believe God calls us to love and serve others. Jesus sends His followers to share the Good News, make disciples, care for people, and demonstrate His love through our words and actions.
We believe God has given us a biblical vision for marriage and sexuality. We believe sexual intimacy is intended for the lifelong marriage covenant between a man and a woman, and that those who are unmarried are called to celibacy. At the same time, we are committed to treating every person with compassion, dignity, love, and grace, recognizing that all of us need the transforming grace of Jesus Christ.
We believe Jesus Christ will come again. Our ultimate hope is in Him, His resurrection, and the promise of eternal life in the fullness of God’s Kingdom.
